O amigo secreto foi uma ótima invenção para se presentear várias  pessoas, agora tem até um site na net que cuida disso, monta os grupos,  faz o sorteio, propicia o contato com o amigo deixando ele oculto,  troca-se bilhetinhos com os outros amigos...participei este ano e gostei  muito. Enfim é um período de nossas vidas em que nossa atenção se volta  para a familia, para os amigos, para as coisas boas da vida...imaginem a  minha alegria de saber que no próximo ano terei aqui minha primeira  netinha, Isabella em chegará em Março.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3 class="post-title entry-title" style="color: black; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Quisera fosse assim os 365 dias do ano...não é mesmo! Mas estamos  caminhando para um mundo melhor com certeza, mais limpo, mais solidário e  eu acredito muito nessa transformação....acreditem vcs também assim  estaremos em uma sintonia maior para essa mudança.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3 class="post-title entry-title" style="color: black; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Natal lembra a familia reunida na ceia e ceia lembra RABANADA, a  rabanada teve sua origem em Portugal, criada na época da guerra, onde o  pão velho e duro era passado em uma mistura de leite e ovos, ficava  saboroso,&amp;nbsp; Entorne este líquido por cima dos pães. Vá  virando as rodelas no líquido. Deixe o pão absorver bem. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Delicadamente  esprema com as palmas das mãos as rodelas para tirar o excesso do  líquido e vá colocando em gordura bem quente para fritar. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Deixe corar e vire para fritar o outro lado. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Após  fritar os dois lados coloque para escorrer em papel toalha. Para  finalizar passe cada rabanada em uma mistura de açúcar com canela. Estas  rabanadas são deliciosas e fáceis de fazer. Recheio&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos/ 3 copos de leite/ 2 colheres (sopa) de margarina/ 1 maço pequeno de salsinha/2 colheres(sopa) de maizena/ 1 tablete de caldo de legumes.&lt;br /&gt;Bater tudo no liquidificador, levar ao fogo para engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2o. Como isso vicia....não consigo ficar sem dar uma olhadinha na fazenda e no oceano e pronto !!! MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 214px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_AEzhxtPLuWQ/SqPUGpMZn0I/AAAAAAAADok/bWkxqNotX6w/s320/caponata.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Antepasto é o nome dado as entradas (petiscos) servidos antes do prato principal, ele pode ter muitas variações, mas a que mais gosto e faço sempre é a&lt;br /&gt;Caponata de beringela.&lt;br /&gt;2 beringelas cortadas em cubos (deixo para cortar por último para não escurecer)&lt;br /&gt;2 pimentões verdes cortados em cubos&lt;br /&gt;2 pimentões vermelhos cortados em cubos&lt;br /&gt;2 cebolas grandes cortadas em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho cortados em rodelas e levemente dourados em azeite&lt;br /&gt;azeitonas pretas ou verdes picadas&lt;br /&gt;cheiro verde&lt;br /&gt;orégano&lt;br /&gt;sal, óleo&lt;br /&gt;azeite&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparar&lt;br /&gt;Coloque em uma assadeira grande os pimentões, a beringela, a cebola, tempere na própria assadeira com sal, orégano e o óleo. Leve para assar, mexendo a cada 15 minutos para que fique bem assada, depois de assadas (esse tempo varia conforme o forno, o meu é elétrico e leva mais ou menos 1 hora, no forno à gás o tempo é maior) tire do forno coloque as azeitonas, o cheiro verde e o alho, regue com azeite e mexa bastante até ficar bem temperada, deixe esfriar e conserve em vasilha tampada. Cozinhar de dois a três minutos sob pressão.Deixar em repouso na mesma água por uma hora (caso o indivíduo sofra de "gases", sugere-se a eliminação da água e acréscimo de outra – mesmo que alguns nutrientes sejam perdidos, pois os mesmos podem ser compensados com o acréscimo de legumes na preparação, como o jerimum, bem comum no preparo regional do Nordeste, ou outros legumes, como cenoura ou chuchu). Refogar com os temperos (tempero brasileiro: tomate, cebola, alho, coentro ou salsa e cebolinha). O tempero é a gosto e pode ser feito como de costume. Aconselha-se que, se for congelar parte do feijão, usar o mínimo de tomate (ou mesmo não utilizá-lo), pois, por ser ácido, esse fruto pode levar à mudança de características sensoriais se o congelamento não for feito de maneira correta – o alimento pode ficar mais ácido. Acrescentar farinha de linhaça (previamente processada em liquidificador ou processador; o excesso pode ser armazenado sob refrigeração) e o sal de ervas** (mistura previamente feita com partes iguais de: alecrim, manjericão, orégano – desidratados – e sal). Finalmente, juntar o refogado ao feijão. Voltar a cozinhar sob pressão por mais 30 minutos (o tempo varia de acordo com o tipo do feijão). Está pronto para degustar! Em quantidades maiores, pode ser dividido em porções e congelado, sem perdas significativas de suas propriedades.*Esta receita também pode ser feita com grão-de-bico ou soja. É interessante variar, especialmente para que o cardápio não fique monótono para as crianças.**Sugestão de quantidade para ter o sal de ervas sempre à mão: misturar uma xícara de café de cada ingrediente, processar e armazenar em pote sob refrigeração. Assim, o sabor é bem preservado. É o mesmo princípio que utilizamos com o café. A quantidade de consumo diário deve ficar em torno de, no máximo, uma colher (café) por pessoa em preparações salgadas, visto que ainda há sal de cozinha no mesmo. Portanto, pede-se moderação.Além das coisas boas que o feijão tem, nesta preparação sugerida, com o acréscimo da linhaça, ele ganha fibras, antioxidantes e ômega-3. As quantidades são pequenas, mas fazem diferença. O sal de ervas ajuda na diminuição do sal absoluto e agrega propriedades antioxidantes e antiinflamatórias. A mistura pode ser acrescida em qualquer preparação em substituição ao sal. Com a adaptação do paladar, a nutricionista sugere que a quantidade de sal da receita seja diminuída. Importante lembrar que o sal, como fonte de sódio, não deve ser retirado totalmente da dieta, por ser um mineral importante para o controle dos líquidos celulares. O importante é controlar, sim, sua ingestão. Outro fator é a importância do sal na conservação de alimentos. Quanto à linhaça, o único cuidado é adquiri-la na forma de grãos e processá-la como farinha quando desejado. margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_AEzhxtPLuWQ/SKyLm7IeGBI/AAAAAAAACaM/T2uzuXTMroA/s320/S5000963.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5236713967549552658" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta receita eu faço a muitos anos e todos gostam, essa foto é da que levei no encontro da Comunidade Culinária Receitas do Mauro Rebelo, e quantas coisas deliciosas tinha lá, foi um dia maravilhoso, conhecí muita gente boa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peneire 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo, com 1 xícara (chá) de maizena e 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó, adicione 1 xícara (chá) de leite, 2 xícaras (chá) de óleo, 1 colher(sobremesa) rasa de sal, mexa com uma colher até formar uma massa mole e talhada em seguida junte mais ou menos 500 gr. de farinha de trigo misture com as mãos até formar uma bola um pouco úmida, leve para gelar por 30 min. Abra a massa aos poucos na palma da mão e vá forrando uma forma de aro desmontável, fundo e laterais, coloque o recheio e feche em cima da mesma forma. Se preferir abra a massa entre dois plásticos com o rolo. Pincele com gema de ovo e leve a assar por 30 min. em forno 180 graus.&lt;br /&gt;Recheio de Palmito: 2 vidros de palmito, 1 lata de ervilhas, 2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes, 1 cebola média, 2 dentes de alho, salsinha, orégano, óleo, sal. Refogue o alho e a cebola no óleo, junte os tomates picados, 1 1/2 vidro de palmito, a ervilha, o sal, tire do fogo e junte a salsinha, orégano, misture bem deixe amornar e use. Bata. Adicione a mandioquinha cozida e bata para se agregarem todos os ingredientes. Reserve. Em um recipiente, coloque a farinha (reserve um pouco), açúcar, raspas de laranja (opcional) e a mistura reservada.&lt;br /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Mexa com as mãos (neste momento, se necessário, utilize a farinha reservada). A seguir, sove sobre superfície enfarinhada. Deixe descansar por aproximadamente 10 minutos, abra porções da massa na palma da mão, recheie com goiabada e enrole como uma bolinha.
